Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
Location: Manchester, Iowa
Core Function:
Coordinate all operations in the warehouse and shipping areas of the facility, whilst also ensuring that finished goods orders and load shipments are processed, stored, and moved efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Warehouse Team to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and operations within policy guidelines. Evaluate and improve warehouse functions, optimizing efficiency while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor budgets and supervise operations to coordinate workflow, schedules, and resources. Oversee projects, equipment installations, repairs, and layout changes to maximize cost-effectiveness and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong experience working in a Warehouse and Shipping environment.
- Proven experience in leading and supervising a team in the manufacturing sector.
